My Professional Background …
After the completion of a degree in Psychology I spent the over a decade working in a variety of industries growing management talent and leading major change programmes.
This was followed by 4 years as Head of Learning for Deloitte Consulting building a new consulting area of their change management business. This leadership experience gave me valuable insights into managing client and key stakeholder relationships. I also developed the strategic and operational skills of leading and growing a management team in a fast-paced commercially focused business environment.
For over 20 years I’ve followed my passion to work collaboratively with clients to design and deliver insightful and practical leadership development programmes.
I am known for the value of my flexible blended learning approach – designing development experiences that encourage learners to own their development through self-managed learning and maximising the time with me in virtual, face-face and 1:1 coaching options.
